Our Collective Awakening

The mission of SOULS Church is to:

• Assist all beings in awakening to their divine nature through direct spiritual experience so they may live, grow, and serve with love, purpose, joy and peace

• Elevate the consciousness of all of humanity by supporting our collective awakening

• Create heart-centered spiritual healers and leaders of divine service

• Create a community of awakening beings

For the first two years of SOULS Church, our sole mission was to support individual awakening through direct experience. (See September ‘24 Wakey - one of our first newsletters!) Back then, we were really focused on understanding and building the ceremonial and energetic capacity to support awakening for individuals. This, after all, was our church mission. 

Through much focused effort, continuous improvement, and the support of the Divine Mother, we evolved as a church to safely and consistently enable participants to have their own direct experience with the divine, heal their energetic fields, and begin to move through the Wake Up Path - Cleansing, Healing, Growing, Serving, Awakening (June '24 Wakey topic). 

About 18 months after the creation of SOULS, I began to feel a new type of energy that was flowing in and out of our group ceremonies. It did not feel like energy releasing from individual healing. Instead, it had a collective, or meta feel to it. 

I began to notice very strong energies coming into our circle, followed by a "group purge". This would involve up to six of the more experienced members often including myself.

One of the most important jobs that I do as a minister is to monitor the energetic safety of our ceremony container. So when this happened, I quickly checked in with Divine Monther to see what this was and if there was anything that I needed to do. 

This is when she introduced me to the three other missions of SOULS — which I started calling the "expanded mission." She explained to me that healing both the individual and the collective are critical in supporting the elevation of human consciousness, and that our circle was getting strong enough that it could support both aspects of this work. The focus was shifting to include not just the individual but also to the human collective.  

Although we all feel like distinct individuals, the more that I do this work, the more that I understand what many of the great sages through time have understood — we are all one consciousness. We are both drops of water as well as the ocean. 

The second facet of our mission speaks to this collective aspect of our nature, but why would this be a mission of SOULS? Isn't supporting individual awakening enough? Good question! 

From what I have been shown, there is a lot of energy coming in from the higher energetic realms at this time in the evolution of humanity, with the goal of helping humans to rapidly raise their level of consciousness. Part of this is focused on the individual level and part of this is focused on the collective level. As our energetic environment rises as a species, it also raises the level of consciousness of individuals. 

Although it is difficult for my human mind to fully grasp what is happening, and even harder to put it into words, it feels as if our group work creates a coherent field in which information can more easily flow into and out of our human matrix. High vibrational, life affirming energy flows in, and lower vibrational, life destroying energy flows out. 

Humanity is currently entering the most technologically disruptive time in its history. The rapid advances in artificial intelligence, robotics, energy production, and life sciences are going to fundamentally change every aspect of our lives. All of the economic, political, cultural, and social structures that have been built around a world of scarcity and the supremacy of human intelligence are all going to have to rapidly evolve. 

And this is why SOULS Church has been called to help support the collective awakening. The choices that we make as both individuals and as a species over the next decade will determine the path forward for humanity. 

This is yet another aspect of the "Service" part that is in our name: The Sanctuary of Universal Love and SERVICE. When you participate in a SOULS group event, you are helping not only yourself, but also the human collective. You are helping to shape the future that you and your children will inhabit. 

Through our collective mission we can influence this in a more positive, loving, life-affirming direction. And help to build a more heart-centric, supportive, and beautiful world.
